abstract = {Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is an uncommon manifestation of breast cancer. Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphomas account for 12% of all PBLs, and most commonly present as a painless mass in the outer quadrant of the breast. They can also present with local pain or inflammation, palpable lymph nodes, and as incidental findings on screening mammography. We present a case of a breast mass found to be a PBL in an elderly woman.},
